🏆 What Is BarSharp?
BarSharp (also known as BarSharp Blitz) is a free, live sports-prediction game you can play on your smartphone while watching a live sporting event at the Clubhouse. It turns ordinary game nights into a fun, competitive experience—no deep sports knowledge required.
📲 How to Play at the Bar
- Download the BarSharp app (available on iPhone and Android)
- Come to the bar, and open the app—your location will be verified via GPS.
- The contest becomes available at least one hour before the game starts
- Sign in using Facebook, Google, or email and create a username barsharp.com.
⏱️ What Happens During the Game
- You’ll answer 20 to 23 quick, multiple-choice "pick ’em" questions during the sporting event. Examples:
- “Which quarterback will throw for more yards in the 3rd quarter?”
- “Will a 3‑pointer be made in the last minute of the first half?”
- “How many strikeouts in the 4th inning — 1 or fewer, or 2 or more?”
- “Which quarterback will throw for more yards in the 3rd quarter?”
- You can change your answer anytime before a question locks (marked by a lock icon and greyed‑out box)
- Your score = number of correct answers, and the bar’s leaderboards update in real time throughout the game (they often send a few bonus questions after the TV broadcast starts)
Prizes
🏅 Winning & Prizes
- The top scorer(s) wins random prizes—these vary per venue and are visible in the app. In case of ties, there's a tie‑breaker question, followed by first‑entry order as a second tie‑breaker, except for the Grand Prize
- Answer all 23 questions correctly and you’ll win the Grand Prize— $1,000 split among any winners. If no one answers all correctly, that prize goes unawarded
- All winnings are non‑cash and venue‑specific (e.g. bar credit or merchandise). Grand Prize must be claimed within 7 days; smaller prizes within 2 hours.
